I’m John Marin, a proud Puerto Rican who has called Florida home for the past 22 years. Having lived in different parts of the state, I’ve gotten to know Florida from more than one perspective, with a strong understanding and appreciation for South Florida and the communities that make it unique.
I’m especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers navigate the process. I recently went through the experience myself, purchasing my first home with my girlfriend. I understand firsthand the excitement, questions, and sometimes overwhelming moments that come with buying a home, and I want my customers to feel informed, comfortable, and supported every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me boxing, going for a run, traveling, or spending time with my German Shepherd, Ryan. I’m fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds.
For me, real estate is about more than a transaction. It’s about helping people make an important life decision with someone in their corner they can trust.
