Approximately 20 acres of parks and mini-parks and 13 miles of sidewalks/bike paths illustrate the nature of this community — and community life is what Lighthouse Point is all about. Residents of the peaceful town must only travel a short distance for a delicious dinner or shopping spree along Federal Highway.

Characterized by informal affluence and a leisurely pace, Lighthouse Point’s attractive neighborhoods are quiet, tree shaded, and water-laced. Of the residences, 80% are single family homes, many of which front on the city’s 18 miles of waterways. Homes in Lighthouse Point are diverse, and often fall into a higher price range.
