Celebrate the Holidays in Palm Beach County

The holiday season is officially here, and South Florida is the perfect place to celebrate. Especially for those new to the area, keeping up with the many holiday events our little slice of paradise has to offer can be a challenge. We get it, so we’ve compiled a list of some of the most exciting holiday events in Palm Beach County this month.

  • Snow Fall on the Plaza

Experience the snow without the cold temperatures at CityPlace all month long! Snowfall will occur every night in December (with the exception of December 25) at various times. The shopping center will also have an iceless skating rink on select days.

  • Palm Beach Holiday Boat Parade

It would not feel like the holidays in South Florida without a festive boat parade. The Palm Beach Holiday Boat Parade will be held on Saturday, December 3. Boats will begin traveling from North Palm Beach between 6 p.m. and 6:15 p.m., arriving at the Jupiter Lighthouse around 8:30 p.m. If you can’t make it to the parade in Palm Beach (or simply can’t get enough of the festive boats), Boynton Beach will be holding its own holiday boat parade on Friday, December 9 at 6:30 p.m.

  • Delray Beach Holiday Parade

The holiday parade will feature more than 70 entries this year. Grab your spot along Atlantic Avenue at 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 10 for a “rock and roll holiday” celebration!

  • Festival of Trees

Take a stroll through the 10th Annual Festival of Trees at the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens in West Palm Beach this holiday season. The festival will be held December 2 through December 14, and features more than 25 exquisitely decorated trees and an array of performances.

  • Annual Night of 100 Menorahs Hanukkah Celebration

Temple Israel invites people to bring a menorah and candles for its annual sixth-night candle lighting ceremony during Shabbat services on Friday, December 30.
